About the Agent

Hi, I’m Derrick “The Dual Agent” Rubin, and I’m proud to serve clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex as a Realtor® with The Morine Empire Realty and Associates in Arlington, Texas, and as the President and Owner of RHL Lending in Mansfield, Texas.

What makes my approach different is that I work on both sides of the real estate transaction—real estate and lending. This allows me to help my clients better understand the entire process, from finding or selling a home to navigating the financing behind the deal. My goal is always to make the experience smoother, more strategic, and less stressful for the people I serve.

Before entering the real estate and lending industries, I proudly served eight years in the National Guard with the 1st Battalion, 143rd Field Artillery as a Forward Observer. My time in the military helped shape the discipline, attention to detail, and mission-focused mindset that I bring to every client relationship.

I’m also a family man at heart. I’ve been married to my wife Connie Rubin for 20 years, and together we’ve raised two sons and a daughter, now ages 30, 24, and 20. Family, service, and integrity are values that guide both my personal life and my professional work.
